The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position must be filled as soon as possible for a period of at least 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating and editing content for internal and external communications, e.g., texts, images, and videos for newsletters and posts on the internal social media channel Viva Engage
- Assisting with the organization of events, such as the Integration Summit
- Coordinating and preparing various formats as part of the integration execution, e.g., Integration Ambassadors, Coffee Bingo, One Day @IEO
- Supporting the preparation and evaluation of regular employee surveys related to integration execution
- Creating presentations for management decisions
Your Qualifications
- Studies in business administration, marketing, media and communication studies, or a comparable field
- Ideally experience in content creation and video creation
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Confident use of MS Office
- Accurate, proactive, and solution-oriented working style
- Proactiveness, communication and teamwork skills, as well as organizational talent
