The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.
This position can be filled immediately for a period of 3 to 6 months.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of engagement initiatives and internal events
- Assist with analyzing and interpreting employee feedback and survey data
- Contribute to the development of communications promoting company culture and values
- Coordinate and manage internal culture-focused projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster employee engagement
Your Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communication or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A creative mindset with an interest in employee engagement and company culture
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment
