The basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship.

This position can be filled immediately for a period of 3 to 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) team in the development, communication, and management of our DE&I strategy in close collaboration with the responsible stakeholders
  • Assist in the planning, implementation, and coordination of a broad range of DE&I campaigns and projects – from conception to execution
  • Help with research, coordination, and provision of resources, communication initiatives, and training for the community that motivates organizations and individuals to take action
  • Support the monitoring of campaign progress regarding timelines, costs, and quality, and initiate corrective actions in case of deviations
  • Create presentations, concepts, and communication materials to raise awareness of DE&I within the organization, as well as support research and benchmarking efforts

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or a comparable field
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • German language skills are desirable
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Initial experience in the HR field or with DE&I projects is an advantage, ideally within an international company
  • Passion for DE&I topics, ideally demonstrated through academic or voluntary activities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multicultural and multinational team
  • Talent for creating appealing and visually engaging presentations of information, as well as the ability to work independently and quickly familiarize oneself with new topics
  • High motivation and initiative
  • Strong communication skills and a results-oriented working style
