Head of HR Strategy (d/f/m)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, steering, and implementation of the HR/People Strategy
• Design and implement the HR Operating Model in alignment with business strategy and organizational needs
• Manage the strategic HR project portfolio and ensure effective prioritization and execution
• Lead and contribute to strategic HR projects across the Schaeffler Group
• Drive the planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the HR strategy area
• Lead and coordinate the HR workstream in corporate M&A activities
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor and sparring partner for the CHRO and senior stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent qualification
• Extensive professional experience in a senior HR management role, combination of HR line management and HR consulting experience preferred
• Proven experience in  HR Strategy, HR transformation, and project management
• Experience in HR Operating Model design and implementation
• Strong management capability in a global matrix organization
• Strong interpersonal, integrative, and communication skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively in an international environment
• Visionary Mindset: Strong ability to connect business goals with innovative people strategies and structural operating models
• Very good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
