Your Key Responsibilities

  • Identification, expansion and control of internal and external (digitalization) networks as well as the derivation of specific initiatives as part of of strategic partnerships
  • Development, acquisition and evaluation of digital potential in the operations network as well as the derivation and initiation of implementation activities
  • Identification and development of options for action for the gradual expansion of digital transformation in operations, including the implementation of change management actions
  • Development and application of integrated training and qualification concepts for digitalization in operations
  • Support in the development of digitalization strategies at the interface between IT and functional, regional and divisional operational areas

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in (business) engineering, business administration, (business) informatics or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in implementing projects for an industrial company, ideally in the area of ​​digitalization and/or production
  • Experience and in-depth knowledge of digitalization as well as procedures and processes within the operations network
  • Relevant experience in collaboration with external partners
  • Knowledge and practical experience in change management desirable
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Very good moderation, presentation and communication skills at different hierarchy levels
