Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement artificial intelligence strategies to support key business initiatives for Operations (manufacturing, supply chain or logistics) 
  • Evaluate potential business value to ensure defined strategy 
  • Research and adapt analytical models based on given data / information as part of analytical feasibility cases, proof of concepts or scalable software products towards deployable analytics solutions
  • Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams to identify and understand business requirements
  • Identify AI trends and opportunities for innovation
  • Provide guidance and insight to key stakeholder in Operations through clear and concise presentations
  • Establish and maintain data governance policies and procedures
  • Lead projects related to innovation and new data-driven initiatives
  • Develop training programs to educate employees on data-related processes and best practices for decentral organization and internal development teams
  • Build relationships with key vendor contacts to ensure effective collaboration

Your Qualifications

  • University degree in Business IT, Industrial Engineer, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Advanced Analytics, IT Architect
  • Many years of professional experience in the field of IT & Data Analytics
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and software data architectures
  • Knowledge of project management and agile frameworks
  • Technical experience in domains such as manufacturing, supply chain or logistics as well as corresponding industry know-how is an advantage
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Analytical approach, conceptual strength and creativity
  • Ability to work in a team, independent and structured way of working as well as a strong creative drive
