Your Key Responsibilities
- Maximise sales of Schaeffler products into all key customers and develop good working relationships with key personnel within this customer base and internally across the Schaeffler organisation.
- To manage a sales team of sales professionals including involvement with strategy, stratgic customers, technical training, appraisals of staff and setting Regional and individual KPIs.
- Find & convert new business from prospect & customer accounts, through technical projects & brand switching from competitors, management of key accounts, visiting customer branches information gathering and problem solving.
- Involved with stand design and set up, presentations, networking, customer education at Trade Shows.
- Profiling of customer stock, analysis, recommendations, supersessions, deletions and stock cleanses.
- Understand the sectors of the Sales Area including the prospects' & existing customers' strategy. Identify the biggest opportunities & convert them into new business. Collate market information / intelligence.
- Be able to communicate the features & benefits of our products & services to all prospects & customers including wholesalers, distributors, workshops and specialists.
- Plan, record & update business activity in Salesforce (CRM system)
- Prepare Area budgets/forecasts for approval in a timely manner. Ensure perpetual updating of the Business Planning against changing customer demands in conjunction with relevant departments / teams.
Your Qualifications

Job Requirements:
- 3-5 years in managerial or key account sales.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM and sales analytics.
- Skilled in client relationship building.
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- UK market knowledge and valid driving license.
