Your Key Responsibilities
- Detailed global business segment analysis including preparation of key figures, reports and presentations to identify business growth opportunities for the global VLS Off-Road business (focus on tractors & agricultural machinery)
- Complementary observation and analysis of international markets and competition to consider it in opportunities planning & realization
- Concrete global business growth opportunities planning & realization with regional Sales teams incl. recommendation analysis, marketing & customers
- Calculation of multiple business case types, such as for new products, sales & marketing actions, etc.
- Initiation of, collaboration in and leadership of strategic projects
- Global cross-sectional coordination and management of central and regional functions within the scope of the above activities
- Communication with all internally related interfaces within the Schaeffler Group as well as externally with customers and service providers
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in engineering, business administration or comparable
- Experience in the commercial vehicle environment or B2B industries desirable
- Technical automotive product knowledge as well as know-how sales, marketing and project management an advantage
- Very good MS Office and basic SAP skills
- Fluent English for daily work in an international environment
- Limited willingness to travel nationally and internationally
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as assertiveness and conflict resolution skills
- Independent and self-reliant way of working as well as interest in a wide range of tasks
