Your Key Responsibilities
• Quality interface to the customers for Schaeffler Vietnam responsible for handling Internal and External Customer complaints with Plants. Monitoring of customer scorecard and portal.
• Develop a good customer centric focus approach to visit customer to understand the quality requirement of our product and its critical impact in the customer application
• Support sales teams with all necessary quality documentation and or process implementation as needed to fulfill customer quality requirements to win new or maintain existing business.
• Support the sales team in quality documentations of new product introduction program (e.g. APQP, PPAP and PSW). SPMQ point of contact for industrial SEA projects
• Responsible that new sample parts are delivered with good quality parts from the plant to the customer for evaluation and take up actions with factories if there are deviation observed.
• Consolidate and update quality status to the Industrial head of sales and SEA Quality
• Provide engieering support to sales and marketing staffs, Customer service, distributors, OEMs, and end-user
• Conduct product knowledge and practical training for customers
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant majors
- 3 years experiences of occupational experience in machine design as well as experience in sales area.
- Sound knowledge of Quality techniques and standards like IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, TQM using Six Sigma
- Logical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Good communication in English
