Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to team projects by conducting research, compiling data, and creating presentations.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as data entry, document organization, and scheduling.
  • Data base pulling from different sources, mainly from the PSSM organization and DSPM current tools.
  • Data analytics
  • Work with DSPM to align criteria with the supplier reduction target, impact, and how this project can support the organization on achieving this target 
  • Meetings to present progress to categories and clusters

 

 

Your Qualifications

Career: Engineering, systems, or administration. 

Knowledge & skills:

  • Data analytics.
  • Advanced English, German is a plus.

Additional requirements:
•    Advanced Excel 
•    PowerBI 
•    SAP, GMD module preferable 
•    General knowledge on Purchasing basic processes and supplier’s hierarchy
