Your Key Responsibilities
- Project Support & Research:
Assist ongoing team initiatives by conducting research, gathering and compiling relevant data, and preparing clear, well‑structured presentations for internal stakeholders. - Administrative Support:
Perform day‑to‑day administrative activities such as data entry, document organization, scheduling meetings, and maintaining project documentation. - DataExtraction & Management:
Pull, organize, and consolidate data from multiple internal and external sources to support reporting and analysis needs. - Data Analytics:
Analyze datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making for performance metrics and supplier management initiatives. - Supplier Reduction Project Collaboration:
Work closely with the Indirect Purchasing Performance Management team to define and align criteria for supplier base reduction, assess the impact of proposed actions, and help ensure the project contributes effectively to organizational targets. - Progress Communication:
Participate in meetings with category and cluster teams to present progress updates, share findings, and support alignment across the organization.

Your Qualifications
Career: Engineering, systems, or administration.
Knowledge & skills:
- Data analytics.
- Advanced English, German is a plus.
Additional requirements:
• Advanced Excel
• PowerBI
• SAP, GMD module preferable
• General knowledge on Purchasing basic processes and supplier’s hierarchy
