Your Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the annual sales target for the Nordics & Baltics region.
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–7 Account Managers, ensuring clear targets, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive growth in direct sales to OEMs, machine builders, system integrators, and key end users.
- Develop and manage distributor partnerships across the Nordics and Baltics.
- Define channel strategies, partner segmentation, and growth plans.
- Drive sales of actuators, ball and roller screws, linear guides, carriages, rails, and ball bushings.
- Lead accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reviews.
- Ensure consistent CRM and sales process usage.
- Manage pricing, discounts, and contracts per company policies.
Your Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in B2B technical sales within industrial automation, electromechanical components, or linear motion systems.
- Track record of delivering significant sales volumes
- Fluency in English; Nordic/Baltic language skills are a strong advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of field-based sales professionals.
- Strong understanding of direct and distributor-based sales models.
Nice to have:
- Academic degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience selling motion and linear products such as actuators, ball screws, linear guides, or similar precision components.
- Background working with OEMs and system integrators in automation-heavy industries
