Your Key Responsibilities
- Clarification of business requirements and identification of business and technical dependencies
- Definition of user stories and prioritization of product backlog in alignment with business stakeholders
- Definition of a clear product vision and derivation of an aligned roadmap for advanced analytics
- Management of software / analytics development teams for successful software releases
- Align on suitable analytics architecture and technologies for new product implementation
- Guide and align through new digital product introduction processes
- Support new country rollouts and ensure country operations in collaboration with local business responsibles
- Collaborate closely with our Digital Transformation Managers
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed international studies in e.g. business administration, information technology, (software) engineering or comparable education
- Several years of international professional experience, preferably in an IT or management consultancy, technology company, data science agency or similar job
- Several years of experience in software development or implementation of digitization projects with an advanced analytics & data science focus
- Experience in agile development processes, ideally as certified product owner
- Experience in requirements documentation and dependency identification as well as definition of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Experience from software development projects with either SAP Analytics Cloud, Microsoft Azure Cloud Services or other analytics solution
- Good knowledge in agile tools such as JIRA & confluence as well as MS Office
- Technical experience with analytics & data science solutions and processes as well as inter-net technologies & web applications
- Software development skills (e.g. object oriented programming) and agile Development Certification are beneficial
- Strong leadership and soft skills in combination with a high ability for abstraction
