The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.
 

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Driving, in alignment with the business owner, the global implementation of all supply chain planning and execution related design activities in the context of the global S/4 HANA transformation
  • Solicit input from stakeholders to identify opportunities for further enhancement and refinement of supply chain planning processes
  • Defining, documenting, and aligning end-to-end business processes
  • Calculation of benefit cases and business plans incl. scenario analysis
  • Deriving prioritized business requirements in close cooperation with business owner and product owners of our supply chain applications and the SAP implementation team
  • Securing alignment with regions on global requirements and strategic supply chain roadmap
  • Ensuring well prepared implementation activities in supply chain planning – solution configuration, testing, training preparation and delivery, data migration preparation and execution; and cutover activities
  • Realizing proper implementation planning and business execution after go-live of solutions
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging feedback, innovation and learning
  • Drive ongoing optimization efforts to maintain and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain planning operations
  • Acting as primary digital contact for supply planning and execution related questions

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed international studies in e.g. economics, business administration, business IT or comparable education
  • Job experience Several years in supply chain consulting, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job
  • Several years project management experience, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment, with a focus on supply chain planning and optimization
  • Professional E2E understanding in supply chain planning methodologies, tools, and technologies (preferred SAP-IBP: demand planning software, inventory optimization tools, advanced analytics)
  • Expertise with driving change and change management on a senior level Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is beneficial
  • Fluent in English spoken and written German and further languages are a plus
