The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. Your Key Responsibilities

  • Driving the global implementation of all supply chain planning and execution related design activities in the context of the global S/4 HANA transformation
  • Defining, documenting and aligning end-to-end business processes
  • Identifying gaps between existing functionalities against the target system template
  • Delivering structured documentation of improvement actions
  • Calculation of benefit cases and business plans incl. scenario analysis
  • Deriving prioritized business requirements in close cooperation with Business/Process Manager, Product Owners of our supply chain applications and the SAP implementation team
  • Securing alignment with regions on global requirements and roadmap
  • Ensuring well prepared implementation activities in supply chain planning – solution configuration, testing, training preparation and delivery, data migration preparation and execution; and cutover activities Realizing proper implementation planning and business execution after go-live of the SAP ERP template
  • Acting as primary digital contact for supply planning and execution related questions

Your Qualifications

  • Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job 
  • Many years of experience in concept and business case development as well as implementation of digitalization projects 
  • Strong expertise with end-to-end advanced planning system implementation, preferred SAP-IBP module, or a similar advanced planning programs (O9/Kinaxis/Blue Yonder) 
  • Experience in major integration topics related to supply chain planning (such as integration to detailed planning and scheduling, integration to Financial Planning and integration to Supply Chain Execution) 
  • Expertise with driving Change and Change Management on a Senior level knowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket is beneficial
  • Technology experience with Supply Chain Planning Systems preferred with SAP-IBP (alternative: O9/Kinaxis/Blue Yonder) in the context of S/4HANA 
  • Familiarity with digital technologies and process design 
  • Experienced with how to use advanced technologies (e.g. AI, automation, etc.) in the area of Supply Chain Planning to support or redesign business processes 
  • Certifications in Agile Methods are a plus
  • Fluent in German and English spoken and written
