The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and the highest product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is the trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles and prepares the independent aftermarket for the technologies of tomorrow.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Definition of a clear vision and derivation of a change management framework to support the Digital Transformation of Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket 
  • Support on definition and implementation of a roadmap in alignment with the overall Digitalization strategy
  • Collaborate closely with cross-regional teams to drive and implement necessary change management measures and activities.
  • Close collaboration with our Digital Transformation Managers during the preparation and implementation of Digitalization projects
  • Support country rollouts and operations in collaboration with local business responsibles
  • Continuous development of the agilization of the organization and processes and support project-related operational change management activites
  • Establishment of new methods in the project teams and actively supporting them in the application of these methods
  • Acting as an ambassador of digitalization and change within our division to foster mindset and culture development
  • High motivation to live, actively drive and coach an ownership culture to create synergies and business impact

Your Qualifications

  • Successfully completed international studies in e.g. business administration, technology or comparable education
  • Several years of international professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, technology company or similar job
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and definition of communication activities
  • Experience in definition and implementation of agile frameworks and methodologies outside of a software development context
  • Proven strengths in coaching a team
  • Experience in change management activities, prefereably in the context of Digitalization programs or projects
  • Experience in setting up and implementing change management frameworks 
  • Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Fluent in English spoken and written
  • German and further languages are beneficial
