Your Key Responsibilities

• Modelling, design, definition, and optimization of processes in the area of SCM in SAP as well as supporting IT systems incl. implementation worldwide
• Management of sub-projects in the SAP rollout and supporting IT systems
• Analysis of process deficits, comparison with the company-specific template and with the site-specific or legal requirements, as well as support in the change process
• Process documentation (business blueprints), evaluation of change requests, support with functional and integrative tests and training of users
• Support and further development of the operative SCM planning & scheduling systems for handling external and internal procurement processes in the Automotive Aftermarket (AAM)
• Cross-divisional exchange and coordination regarding core functions in the S/4 HANA project of the Schaeffler Group as well as placing the AAM goals and requirements
• Contact person and interface function for central IT, corporate and specialist departments in the area of responsibility

Your Qualifications

• Completed technical or business studies, preferably in the field of IT management, business informatics or comparable qualification with high IT affinity
• First professional experience, preferably in purchasing and procurement
• Sound knowledge of the required IT application systems (SAP modules MM, SD)
• Initial experience of a technical nature: Customizing, debugging in SAP ABAP
• Experience in a project environment and as a product owner
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills combined with a high level of initiative and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work in a team as well as a high degree of social competence and communication skills
