Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify new off core business opportunities in line with divisional vision and targets.
- Encourage new opportunity generation internally und build strong external networks.
- Develop new business models and go to market strategies in the new Mobility Ecosystem by aligning technology development with evolving customer requirements.
- Lead for consultancy projects to develop go to market strategies.
- Manage the business development process from identification to decision-making based on relevant financial considerations.
- Ensure implementation of new business field through ramp-up and taking over business responsibility.
- Contribute to the divisional strategy development.
- Manage special topics for the management and prepare strategic decisions.
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, business management or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in relevant areas of the automotive/mobility market and in relevant functions such as business development, strategy, or innovation management.
- Creative mindset to drive innovation and think outside the box connecting technology and market.
- Experience in project management to lead a team and motivate towards a common goal.
- Experience in the areas of traction batteries, charging infrastructure, software development or mobility as a service is considered as an asset.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with high interest in cross-functional and international collaboration
- Business fluent German and English skills
