(Junior) Digital Transformation Manager (m/w/d)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes and develops digitalization partial strategies, processes, methods and procedures for dedicated topics and ensures that these are implemented. Guides the transformation of affected organization and provides advise, consulting and coaching.
• Conduct workshops and align strategic topics of the different stakeholders to a common strategy and harmonized procedure.
• Provide, coordinate, align and roll out processes, guidelines as well as methods worldwide to IT, Digital and Business functions.
• Develop content parts of the global IT and digitalization strategy and of IT and data guidelines to operationalize and govern the strategic directions.
• Guide and supervise topics of the IT transformation and provide advise and coaching to the affected parts of the global IT organization.
• Develop and maintain corporate IT and Data repositories like project portfolio, ITAC and corporate data models.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or SW Engineering
• Strong understanding of business processes and business models
• Strong digitalization skills with project experience in new development and operational phases
• Very good command of written and spoken English, good command of written and spoken German an advantage
• Several years of professional experience
