Your Key Responsibilities
- The primary objective for the summer worker is to assist where and when needed throughout the Segment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
- Thorough understanding of or the ability to quickly learn production equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds frequently.
- Visual acuity to read instructions, operate machines, and inspect parts produced.
- Prolonged periods working on feet, using tools, and performing repetitive actions that entail frequent bending and stooping.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

- Location: FM1
- Department: Production Areas (Press, Heat Treat, Finishing, or Assembly)
- Shift: 1st (7 am - 3 pm); 2nd (3 pm – 11 pm); or 3rd (11 pm - 7 am)
