Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets and actual expenditures
  • Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Monitor progress and changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the Division and Business Unit financial status
  • Assist leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process
  • Administer and review all financial plans and compare to actual results with a view to identify, explain, and correct variances as appropriate
  • Exercise discretion and sound judgment, have the ability to make independent decisions, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Thorough knowledge of key functions and processes within the Business Division and Business Unit

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance and minimum of 5 years of applicable experience
  • Thorough knowledge of Controlling & Finance principles
  • PC proficiency including SAP and MS Office
  • Exceptional customer service orientation
  • Strong leadership and management aptitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong ability to conceptualize & solve problems
  • Proven ability to drive change and projects to completion
  • Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
