Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support transport coordination, including route planning, carrier selection, and shipment tracking, and oversee the customs clearance process execution, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
  • Manage day‑to‑day transportation activities, including expedite requests and spot‑quote coordination
  • Handle transport efficiently, timely, and legally compliantly, collaborating with service provider and forwarder to meet requirements.
  • Develop and document SOPs with carriers, including onboarding procedures and escalation workflows
  • Analyze transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Establishment, implementation and monitoring of tranportation KPI's 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as freight forwarders and customs brokers, to facilitate smooth logistics operations.
  • Monitor the performance of transport providers to ensure service quality.
  • Collaborate with invoice auditors and carriers to resolve audit exceptions and approve compliant invoices

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, and/or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in transportation, freight, or logistics coordination
  • Knowledge of transportation KPI development and performance monitoring
  • Proficiency in Transportation Management Systems and SAP systems preferred
  • Strong MS Excel skills for cost analysis and reporting
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify cost opportunities and process gaps
  • Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset, able to work independently while also being a strong team collaborator 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, adapting to evolving industry trends, and technological advancements within transportation
