Your Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, support, and expand the business partner network for Lifetime Solutions across the Americas region.
  • Assess and qualify potential sales and service partners based on their commercial viability and technical capabilities.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize framework agreements to formalize partnership terms.
  • Manage partner relationships with a focus on fostering sustainable, long-term collaboration and driving sales growth.
  • Provide strategic support to sub-regional Lifetime Solutions sales teams in developing effective sales approaches for service providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Distribution and OEM sales teams to ensure aligned sales strategies and execution.
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Facilitate meetings with customers and cross-functional teams to communicate updates and align on priorities.
  • Design and deliver training programs for sales teams and customers, developing supporting materials as needed.
  • Gather customer feedback and competitive intelligence to propose new product ideas and enhancements.
  • Manage and support department-level projects, ensuring milestones are met and objectives achieved.
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, tracking progress and coordinating activities to ensure timely delivery.
  • Travel up to 50% in support of business needs and relationship management.

Your Qualifications

Minimum:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven ability to work independently while actively contributing to a diverse, collaborative team environment
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Outgoing and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with a passion for sharing and capturing knowledge
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic sales management
  • Solid understanding of relevant industrial business sectors
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship

 

Preferred:

  • Background in machine applications, maintenance and reliability, or condition monitoring of machinery.
