Goal of Position
The Specialist Industrial Services is responsible for supporting the profitable growth of Lifetime Solutions products and services with regards to sales, technology, market data, pricing, inventory and quality.
The goal is to satisfy customers’ needs and expectations in a manner that will build a strong business rapport, securing existing business while promoting growth of future business. This can be achieved by offering efficient, reliable, and friendly service in a timely manner, along with excellent quality of support to sell and install the Lifetime Solutions products.
Proactively investigate and resolve a wide range of customer issues, adapting to individual circumstances while applying both diplomacy and assertiveness to assure customer needs are met in a timely manner.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lifetime Solutions - Services Support including paid and free services, quotations and order support transactions, DVA creation, assist new MRO account creation, portfolio support
- Support key international OPTIME accounts (incl. Service Providers) with customer focus for all operational topics, especially regarding supporting OPTIME systems
- Troubleshoot and problem solve product and performance issues
- Material Master Data Management
- Support sales team and end users with technical questions / topics
- Support sales team in meeting sales targets for products and initiatives
- Lead meetings with customers and cross functional teams to convey status updates
- Conduct training for sales teams and customers, creating material as required
- Provide new product suggestions and improvements based on interaction with customers and knowledge of competitor products
- Coordinating with plants, customers, and shipping, regarding critical delivery expedites etc.
- Assist Automatic Lubricator support and order requests incl. training
- Manage and/or support departmental projects
- Create specifications and requirements documents
- Develop and execute project timelines and track project activities
- Intercompany Order support for Services and Products
- Recommend and implement initiatives and optimizations in business operations
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work independently while being an effective contributor in a diversified team
- Strong analytical skills and detail orientation
- Extroverted communicator, both oral and written with desire to share and capture knowledge

- Experience in process mapping, problem solving, and reliability improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- SAP systems knowledge preferred
