Your Key Responsibilities
- Catalyst for SPS / Lean Culture establishment.
- Define Road Map / Strategy for the Region.
- Support /Guide all functions to apply SPS /LEAN methods and help them to improve processes.
- Establish SPS/ LEAN Maturity in all functions.
- Co-ordinate and support the Top Management / Individual Functions to organize workshops.
- Ensure to establish a best practice transfer from one area to another areas.
- Ensure the qualification of employees by using SPS organization and SPS experts' network and expediate and drive the SPS implementation.
- Contribute/ support into future strategy, vision of the region.
- Ensure to follow Management Handbook Procedures.
- Understand the SPS review methodology and support plants to reach to targeted levels of SPS Review.
- Support plants to implement and use of digital tools.
- Conduct and execute SPS events, Top Management Workshops, MPPA etc.
- Support plants to establish and improve end to end value chain through customer to customer (C2C) initiative.
- Support plants and SCM to have smooth, stable and on time supply of material through supplier integration model.
- Support plants to achieve on time delivery and reduce premium frights, backlogs by implementing C2C activities.
- Develop good networking and motivation within SPS professionals of automotive plants region America.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in LEAN/SPS implementation in the direct and indirect areas and good networking globally to understand and implement benchmark activities in the region Americas.
