Your Key Responsibilities
- Learn about Schaeffler's business operations, products, production processes, and sustainability commitment
- Product mindset and Agile experience: translate business needs into technical specs and user stories, deploy solutions, and train users
- Develop and implement digital solutions using a range of technologies, including data engineering, advanced analytics, AI, Cloud, and low code development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital technologies, design prototypes for digital solutions to digital experience efficiency and effectiveness through digital experience
- Innovate and actively contribute to technological advancements within the organization, aiming to drive growth and maintain a competitive edge in the industry
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related STEM with focus on Machine Learning.
- Strong background in data structures and algorithms; hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data science workflows (feature engineering, cleaning, model development, deployment).
- Skilled in data science solutions, including visualization and AI tools for communicating insights
- Proficient in open-source machine learning and deep learning libraries.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship.
