Your Key Responsibilities

• Management and responsibility of the Six Sigma+ organization "Americas".
• Achievement and tracking of the Six Sigma+ key figures "Americas".
• Independent project and workshop management, as well as workshop and project support in process and product optimization of plants and departments.
• Promotion and motivation of plants and departments to decide to implement their own Six Sigma organization and subsequent management or mentoring of the implementation project.
• Enthusiasm of other employees for the culture change to a structured and lived optimization culture in the company.
• Training, coaching and certification of optimization experts as Six Sigma Champions, Yellow Belts, Green Belts and Black Belts.
• Training of further trainers and coaches for Six Sigma and other methods of the PXS portfolio.
• Coaching and support of trained optimization project managers in creativity techniques (e.g. Walt Disney, TRIZ, World Cafe, Flip Flop, TOC), moderation techniques and further optimization methods (e.g. RedX / Shainin, Chalk Circle, TOC).
• Preparation of statistical and scientific analyzes to prove and solve the cause.
• Further development of existing methods and constant independent expansion of your own and internal team portfolio with regard to product and process optimization as well as moderation and teaching techniques.
• Development of new training courses on selected methods, as well as further development of existing training courses.
• Passing on and creation of standards regarding the management and documentation of optimization projects and implementation projects.

Your Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering
• 3 to 5 years
