Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the BD Controller on all actual, forecast and budgeting activities across all BUs and plants within the business division
- Support for the strategy dialogue and derivation of general conditions for budget planning within a defined framework
- Support in tool and process optimization and in the development of controlling methods and procedures with respect to changing economical conditions
- Provide support and analysis in matters of financial controlling to improve productivity and operational efficiency, for a function and/or organizational unit assigned. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Support to prepare functional budgeting/planning processes.
- Enhanced focus on R&D spending to ensure mid & long-term targets are achieved within the Business Division across all Business Units within
- Monitor progress to agreed budgets and analyze deviations within all BUs and plants within the Business Division
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on functional costs, forecasts or budgets and provide qualified advice for the functional cost developments.
- Maintain functional KPIs or metric systems and propose/implement measures or projects to improve financial results / cost situation.
- Monitor and support on tracking of capex spending within the business division
- Act as accountable financial consultant to the responsible functional management regarding all financial topics, if required.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Similar Field.
- 2+ years experience in financial analysis and budgeting processes, with a strong understanding of forecasting and variance analysis.
- Excellent skills in data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic decision-making and process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
