Your Key Responsibilities
- Build positive Schaeffler relationships with customers by providing quality support - primary territory responsibility: Florida
- Provide on-site bearing inspections, failure analysis and reports
- Taking care of condition monitoring installations at end users
- Support sales of Schaeffler products - bearings, tools, lubrication systems, condition monitoring equipment and services as member of field team
- Provide and log value-added services resulting in documented cost savings for customers
- Develop product expertise – ability to present product features for solving application issues
- Develop industry expertise – customer processes, equipment, and bearing applications.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience within field service engineering
- Extensive bearing inspection expertise
- Proficient in condition monitoring and predictive maintenance
- Strong independent work ethic within diverse teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Comprehensive understanding of maintenance and reliability solutions, with expertise in relevant sectors (e.g., oil and gas, marine, mining, or power generation)
- Willing and able to travel 50% overnight as needed to support Schaeffler customers
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- Located in or near Florida (office from home)
