Job Overview

This year long co-op position offers a unique chance to work closely with The Director of Finance processes and digitalization. Over the course of a year, you'll collaborate on pivotal projects and contribute to the future of our finance operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborative Documentation: Capture and organize key meeting notes, processes, and project plans.
  • Project Management: Develop, maintain, and follow up on project action lists and timelines.
  • Director Support: Assist with scheduling, documenting, and action tracking on behalf of the Director.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Document and archive lessons learned to enhance team knowledge.
  • Agile Project Framework: Engage in assigned tasks or projects within the Agile framework, ensuring efficient and effective completion.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to digitalization and process harmonization initiatives, driving forward-thinking solutions.
  • Cross-Departmental Exposure: Participate in 'get-to-know' sessions with various departments to broaden your understanding and help determine your next career step.

 

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a four-year finance or business degree program.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with dashboarding, AI, digital tools, and data analysis is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly driven and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Assertive in approach and adept at solving problems creatively.
  • Fluency in English; a second language and international exposure are advantages.
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
