Your Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, job-rotation, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes.
- Support training functions such as recruiting, scheduling, onboarding, training/skill development, and administrative tasks.
- Create videos for machines and production guides.
- Help ensure training content is clear, accurate, consistent, and aligned with instructional standards.
- Work on assigned tasks independently as appropriate, while being open to instruction.
- Learn and follow the current Quality Policy and Procedures and contribute to quality objectives.
- Support the development of learning materials and projects as assigned.
- Stay current on learning and design trends and help identify innovative learning solutions. Research, evaluate, and test new learning tools and technologies as needed.
Your Qualifications
- High school diploma and currently pursuing a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
- Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & verbal).
- Self-motivated & driven to achieve results.
- Assertive approach to solving problems.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently.
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
