Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company and its success has been a result of its entrepreneurial spirit and long history of private ownership. As a partner to all of the major automobile manufacturers, as well as key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, we offer you many development opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical system analysis for shaft, gear and bearing arrangements using BearinX, Schaeffler’s proprietary analysis software.
  • Conduct failure analysis investigation through close inspection of returned parts and prepare analysis reports to present findings and recommendations to customers.
  • Consult with customers to understand needs and requirements of their application and recommend bearing solutions to meet their desired life targets.
  • Facilitate prototype and sample production via order entry and discussion with production plants.

Your Main Project:

Develop a methodology or database to allow for categorization of existing and new RGA (returned goods analysis) reports such that commonalities can be quickly referenced and cross-examined.
