Your Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on involvement of building electro-mechanical prototypes
- Process development for electro-mechanical assemblies
- Tool Design using 3D CAD and equipment procurement
- Manufacturing process improvement (Lean Manufacturing waste reductions)
- Creation of digital tools which aid in product development of electro-mechanical assemblies.
- Participants should be responsible, able to work independently, and open to instruction
- Will be given developmental opportunities through tasks such as projects, hands-on training, and exposure to Schaeffler's manufacturing and technological processes
Your Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field (should be still in school)
- Must have good Computer skills and knowledge. (Especially Microsoft Office: Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
- Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results
- Assertive approach to problem solving
- Ability to prioritize
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
