Your Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible in preparing quotations, processing tenders and in order processing.
  • Collaboration in preparation and execution of deliveries
  • Support in processing commercial data on sales and orders on hand
  • Assisting in corresponding with internal and external departments in English
  • Support with sales promotion measures
  • Collaboration in the CRM360 systems (Salesforce)

Your Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Masters or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a comparable field of study
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
  • Very good written and spoken language skills i.e. English or Arabic (optional)
  • Team spirit, commitment, organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to think laterally and high motivation

  • Applicants having UAE driving license is preferred.  Minimum 6months commitment is a must.
