Your Key Responsibilities
- Carries out supplier quality activities of supplied products and supplier quality issues in the plant within the order fulfillment process.
- Supports advanced quality planning with suppliers during product development process, with specific consideration for cost efficiency and producibility.
- In series production, executes supplier evaluation, manages supplier process changes and initiates and coordinates corrective actions, to sustainably ensure quality agreed.
- Drives the sampling inspection process, and decides acceptance or rejection of samples provided.
- Coordinates series production claim management, and acts as escalation instance to agree on remedial action plans until successful completion.
- Trains suppliers to ensure adherence to APQP and PPAP requirements as agreed.
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 5 to 10 years of hands on supplier quality experience
