Your Key Responsibilities
- Creates and develops quality concepts for new product developments (PEP/APQP), series production, technology or process modifications, and production transfers.
- Create concepts and solutions for all quality activities related to PEP, technical process improvement or production transfer projects, and ensure that all quality aspects are considered.
- Carry out quality planning-related activities and requirements during product development process (PEP and APQP) for line transfers.
- Develop and implement inspection concepts, define and enhance gauges and test equipment where necessary.
- Act as Project Engineer or as Project Quality Engineer (mechatronic PEP) in complex projects, if required.
Your Qualifications
- BS-Engineering or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to create technical concepts for quality optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in managing customer complaints and implementing corrective actions
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Certifications for Red X and 6 Sigma would be preferred
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
- This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
