Production Leader - 3rd Shift

Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to defined production standards, methods, and guidelines.
- Oversee and manage all production operations for the assigned sub-segment or product to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Apply production methods, guidelines, and procedures consistently to meet KPI targets.
- Contribute to or manage the fine-scheduling and sequencing of production orders.
- Confirm or approve production orders and allocate operational resources accordingly.
- Ensure the availability and readiness of production infrastructure, including tools, maintenance services, and setup operations.
- Propose procedural or organizational changes to drive improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD).
Your Qualifications
- Associate's degree in in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Several years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with prior leadership or supervisory roles preferred
- Understanding of production processes and systems, including lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with a proven track record of effectively managing and motivating production teams to achieve operational goals
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that optimize production processes
- External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
