Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and support Project Manager, PM-Team and Stakeholders on various project management processes, methods, and tools, while driving systemic improvements and fostering a culture of project excellence. Ensure Project Management methods and tools and the capacity and resource planning across project portfolio in accordance with the strategic direction.
  • Coordinate reviews of the projects, administration and documentation and identify and implement enablement measures to improve project management practices.
  • Prepare teams for audits and assessments to ensure compliance and readiness.
  • Calculate needs for assessments and capacity forecasts (internal/external) and provide guidance on prioritization to budget accountable management, Project Managers or even to customers, if required.
  • Identify systemic improvements within the organization to foster a culture of project excellence.
  • Facilitate workshops to enhance the project excellence (skills, capabilities, setup of project teams).
  • Maintain and report project portfolio regarding project status, progress, maturity level, capacities and resources as well as potential risk factors.
  • Provide support in project planning, risk management, problem resolution, and escalation management during the project life cycle.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship 
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
