Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensures implementation and execution of agreed HR programs, policies and standards and operational HR processes to Managers and employees for assigned organizational units, (sub-) regionally or locally.
  • Develops, aligns and ensures implementation of policies and guidelines, plans budgets and assigns projects and resources.
  • Acts as business partner, and ensures that local HR services are utilized efficient and effectively.
  • Leads and develops assigned HR operations organization as well as HR sub function organizations.
  • Manages relationships with regional or sub regional or line management, employees and local works council and external stakeholders.
  • Liaises with business or function management, develops HR solutions, and manages related change processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
