Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the supply chain planning team to optimize cost efficiency and enhance delivery reliability of all materials and products.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Develop and implement supply chain planning strategies aligned with the overarching supply chain strategy.
  • Drive the advancement and refinement of planning processes, methods, guidelines, and systems.
  • Ensure processes adhere to defined standards while consistently meeting targets.
  • Identify and rectify deviations or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Align supply chain activities with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Your Qualifications

<ul _ngcontent-ng-c2573533239=""> <li _ngcontent-ng-c2573533239="">Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technical Field, or Supply Chain. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2573533239="">Demonstrated Planning and Logistics experience within a manufacturing plant environment.
  • Successful history of managing and directing a team.
    • <li _ngcontent-ng-c2573533239="">Self-motivated, driven, and assertive, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and impactful results. <li _ngcontent-ng-c2573533239="">Excellent written & verbal communications skills
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
