Your Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously applies lean methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness for an organizational area assigned, e.g. a production segment.
  • Supports the application of the Lean Management standards.
  • Deploys and trains all Lean Management methods and knowledge. Contributes to the continuous improvement and shares best practices.
  • Plans and facilitates workshops and summarizes the results achieved.
  • Reports the review status in the own unit.  

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

 

Your Qualifications

  • Vocationally trained in Mechanical-, electrical-, production engineering, business administration
  • 3 to 5 years

OR

  • University degree
  • 3 to 5 years
