Your Key Responsibilities

  • Advance data analysis and reporting activities to support maintenance KPIs and decision making.
  • Optimize and analyze internal inventory levels to reduce waste and improve availability.
  • Visualize process flows to increase transparency, identify inefficiencies, and drive improvements.
  • Develop clear instructions, guidelines, and documentation for maintenance procedures.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Participate in hands on tasks across different maintenance functions under supervision.
  • Assist with supplier coordination and contribute to strengthening supplier relationships.
  • Support team projects through data collection, research, and preparation of technical reports.

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be pursuing an academic degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering 
  • Maintain a 2.5 GPA or higher per semester
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self motivated, proactive, and results driven.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to sit at a workstation for extended periods and lift/move up to 30 lbs
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
