Your Key Responsibilities

  • Rotate in departments related to the trade to complete 7000 on-the-job training hours and successfully complete related classroom instruction specific to the trade
  • Work closely with an Electrician in conducting preventative and corrective maintenance of the building, machinery and equipment
  • Completes work-orders in a timely and efficient manner under the supervision of a journeyperson, attends classes as required for apprenticeship, and troubleshoots equipment
  • Requires a highly motivated individual who is willing to learn and apply acquired skills
  • Overtime as well as weekend and holiday work hours are required
  • This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and Electrical aptitude and knowledge
  • Hands-on learner
  • Enthusiastic about their career in skilled trades
  • Excellent communication ability (written & verbal)
  • Positive work ethic
  • Problem solving skills
