Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive technical training programs tailored for mechanics and automotive service professionals.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support to the technical call center and to mechanics and customers, troubleshooting complex automotive issues.
  • Collaborate with the Automotive Aftermarket Technical Support Team to update and optimize training content based on the latest product developments and market trends, creating videos, articles and podcasts.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and performance metrics; implement improvements as needed.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert during technical consultations, supporting problem resolution and continuous education.
  • Coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions, ensuring all necessary tools and documentation are available.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive technologies, diagnostics, and repair techniques relevant to the aftermarket.
  • Support marketing and sales teams by providing technical insights and training support during customer engagements or events.

Your Qualifications

 

  • Technical degree or equivalent qualification in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in automotive aftermarket technical support, ideally with hands-on mechanical repair and diagnostics.
  • Strong training and presentation skills with experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
  • Fluency in Spanish (native or bilingual) and proficiency in English; excellent communication skills for training delivery and support.
  • Ability to travel within Mexico for on-site training and support activities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures specific to the aftermarket.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality and continuous improvement.
