Your Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellence in customer service leading the order processing team.
  • Value the integration of the team's support and empowerment areas with customer focus and effective processes for order handling.
  • Automate service and management processes in sight with clear KPI´s in cooperation and in line with Latam B&IS teams. 
  • Coordination of customer service activities in Mexico, involving customer support activities attending to any request such as quotes, monitoring of orders from their placement to delivery.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
  • Management of the portfolio and billing, management of complaints received, management of processes with a focus on standardization with the other countries in the LATAM region, and any activity related to customer order processing. Control and update customer data in the system.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
  • Coordinate all activities pertinent to the sales administration area. Plan, organize and control the work, optimizing the flow of activities for faster information and customer service, as well as monitor and guide the work team in Mexico, in order to ensure compliance with legal requirements and expected sales results. Generate and maintain updated KPIs in the area.

Your Qualifications

  • Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management
  • 3 to 5 years
