Your Key Responsibilities

•            Plan and execute a weekly and monthly schedule of visits to mechanical workshops and retails within the assigned territory.
•            Present the features, advantages, and benefits of Schaeffler's product portfolio (LuK, INA, FAG, Schaeffler-Vitesco) to mechanics/workshop owners and retails
•            Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with key clients, becoming their trusted technical and commercial advisor.
•            Distribute promotional materials, technical catalogs, and brand merchandise to increase visibility.
•            Generate demand from the end-user (pull strategy) to support the sales efforts of our distribution partners.
•            Represent the Schaeffler brands at local events, trade shows, and technical seminars.
•            Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance on product installation and application.
•            Organize and conduct small on-site training sessions ("clinics") for mechanics on best practices and new technologies.
•            Act as the primary liaison between the workshop and Schaeffler's technical department for more complex issues.
•            Systematically gather and report market feedback, including information on competitor activities, pricing trends, and new opportunities.
•            Collect insights from mechanics and retails regarding product quality, needs, and potential improvements.
•            Prepare and submit regular activity reports using the company's CRM system, detailing visits, key discussions, and follow-up actions

Your Qualifications

•            Required: High school diploma.
•            Preferred: Associate's degree or technical certification in Automotive Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is also highly valued.
Experience:
•            Required: Verifiable hands-on experience in automotive mechanics (e.g., through professional internships, a workshop role, or similar practical experience).
•            Proven track record: Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles with direct contact with people (e.g., sales, customer service, technical support).
•            Preferred: Prior experience visiting and building relationships with mechanical workshops.
