Your Key Responsibilities
- Define product strategy and key objectives.
- Analyse producto and market trends including requirements for product performance, costs and sales price levels to identfiy new business opportunities and growth potentials.
- Manage the producto portfolio by initiating and coordinating product developments, launches, re-launches, phase-outs, cost down measures, variant and lifecycle management etc.
- Analysis of competitors in terms of portfolio and production footprint strategy and technical comparison by initiating strategic benchmarks to ensure optimized product positioning in the market.
- Create business cases for development projects and provide market data for investment evaluations (Make or Buy, localization, etc.) to ensure economic benefits for the company.
- Maintain a strong cooperation with R&D, operations, purchasing and other internal departments to guarantee an exchange about the latest trends, customer and market expectations.
- Visit customers (if required) and support the sales organization with relevant offerings on a regular basis to ensure pricing aligns with the market and is competitive.
- Create, adapt, and continuously optimize marketing plans and operational measures in collaboration with the marketing department to ensure optimal product positioning in the market.

Your Qualifications
- Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Technical
- 5 to 10 years of experience.
