Your Key Responsibilities

This was position is designed to help the organization grow and stay competitive by creating and implementing digital strategies that use modern technology to improve business processes and enhance customer experiences.

  • Development and expansion of the digital prerequisites for increases in efficiency, sales and customer satisfaction along the assigned processes
  • Definition of concepts and end-to-end processes to optimize the customer experience along all touchpoints of the customer journey based on customer needs in coordination with the business departments
  • Increasing customer satisfaction and customer loyalty for sustainable business success
  • Accompaniment of the demand process from the ideation phase to the IT demand for the assigned core processes(s)
  • Initial assessment of the technical complexity of business demands and its integration into the Schaeffler Group's system landscape
  • Management of critical projects/programs in the field of digitalization with high strategic relevance
  • Creation of business concepts for digital transformation and their quality assurance
  • Ensuring focus on business benefits and their realization
  • Quality assurance during the project phase and the change process
  • Monitoring of target achievement (e.g. by means of key figures), initiation of corrective measures in the event of target/actual deviation.
  • Optimization of processes in the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring compliance with entrepreneurial duties (e.g. occupational health and safety, environmental protection, data protection) and the duty of care

Your Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, business administration, (business) informatics or comparable training
  • Several years professional experience, preferably in a management consultancy, a technology company or a comparable activity
  • Several years of experience in strategy, concept and business case development as well as in the implementation of digitization projects
  • Experience in process mining to analyze operations, identify inefficiencies, and support data-driven decisions in digital transformation beneficial 
  • Strong communication skills combined with conflict and teamwork skills
  • High level of abstraction and conceptual thinking as well as enthusiasm for customer orientation and digitalization
  • Very good written and spoken English, German is an advantage
