Your Key Responsibilities

  • Understand all the processes involved in the deliveries to the customers to identify opportunity areas to improve the Delivery Service Level.

  • Learn the planning process to identify demand shifting and take immediate response to it.

  • Understand the order management process to make improvements

Your Qualifications

  • Graduated in industrial engineering, mechatronics and/or related fields.

  • Bachelor's degree in administration, economics and/or related fields.

  • Intermediate English proficiency

  • Team player

  • High level of communication skills

  • Knowledge of programming and/or excel

  • Passionate about processes and analysis

  • Good understanding on data analysis and big data
