Your Key Responsibilities
- Be a digital enabler to ensure proper product data quality for our customers and markets globally.
- Work in a globally responsible HQ Data Management team supporting all regions and give guidance for our global Data and Process standards.
- Maintenance of SAP Material master data maintenance, catalogue data and linkage of product assets (like documents, pic-tures, URL).
- Execute data releases for SAP Material Master Data and product data for SAP, catalogue media and data marketplaces.
- (Mass) data adjustments and expansion of local product information along global & local (catalogue) standards.
- Monitoring & compliance of data guidelines and data quality along the data release processes.
- Support Process & Data Quality monitoring ensuring globally uniform data quality and integrity of SAP material master data, product and catalog data.
- Support and guidance of our international regions along the main processes such as new product introduction, SAP data release, catalogue data release.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- (alternatively: education in these areas with relevant professional experience).
- Several years of professional experience as e.g. data manger, data governance or product manager in the independent af-termarket in the automotive or supplier industry.
- Strong understanding of data quality principles, practices, and data analysis.
- Knowledge of online/electronic catalogues, preferably in the independent aftermarket, in particular TecDoc (TAF) or comparable standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team e.g. close collaboration departments, regions globally.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Very good English skills are mandatory, good German desirable.
