Your Key Responsibilities

  • Complete shipping documents and prepares physical delivery of products as part of the order fulfillment process, in a plant, segment or warehouse organization assigned.
  • Receive, check, complete and dispatch orders for products or deliveries (e.g. freight papers, shipping documents, customs declaration, etc.).
  • Address problems and requests, analyze cost, route and delivery options, and propose alternatives.
  • Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
  • Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information.
  • Support assessment equipment requirements by evaluating operational needs and coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of necessary tools and resources.
  • Forecast inbound/outbound volumes.
  • Support timely goods receipt (GR) and put-away processes.
  • Handle vendor/customer complaints and track investigations.
  • Monitor outbound delivery schedules and container truck movements.
  • Manage purchase requisitions for warehouse consumables.
  • Summary daily, weekly and monthly report as per request.
  • Improvement of daily working operation to achieve work place performance.
  • Coordinate cycle counts and reconcile inventory.
  • Ensure proper stock scrapping procedures and vendor compliance.
  • Prepare packaging and labeling per customer requirements.
  • Maintain and communicate customer-specific instructions.
  • Post internal transfers and inventory adjustments accurately.
  • Track logistics KPIs and support cross-functional projects.
  • Provide backup in warehouse throughput, quality, complaints, and inventory accuracy.

Your Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Proven experience in warehouse or logistics administration an advantage.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Logical thinking / analytical / good problem solving- Quality skill / QC 7-Tool / FTA / 8D report.
  • Ability to work with team.
  • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced enviorment.
  • Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexible approach to duties and tasks.
