Your Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee and be responsible for supporting end-to-end warehouse operation while ensuring logistics quality, compliance, and process standardization. This role acts as a key operation leader, overseeing daily execution, inventory accuracy, workforce management, and quality assurance across inbound and outbound logistics. 
  • Monitor and ensure logistics operations comply with the SOPs, Work Instructions, and Quality Standards. 
  • Monitor workflow, build a disciplined and performance-driven culture, and ensure 3PL performance meet the KPI.
  • Prepare, review, and update CSR, SOPs, Work Instructions, and Workflows.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and transporation of goods, including temperature control, and packaging.
  • Acquisition and verification of customer requirements for packaging, designation, container management (logistics) and if necessary, forwarding to respective department for further inspections.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of packaging for suppliers, internal, OES customers, Distributors, and inter-plants.
  • Determination of circulation container volumes with customers, suppliers, and inter-plants.
  • Assure of the supplying of packing material, timely delivery, collaborating with suppliers, control and monitor inventory of Packaging materials.
  • Coordinate with QA, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Transporation, and related team to address quality issues and ensure compliance and seamless logistics processes.
  • Track and report key logistics quality metrics (e.g. error rates, defect rates, returns, customer complaints) and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes, packaging cost, and minimize risks.
  • Conduct regular audits of warehouse activities (inbound, outbound, inventory, returns) to ensure compliance with operational and quality standards.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate with relevants teams to resolves issues.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transporters on qulality-related issued with required.
  • Analyze root causes of quality issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Promotion of existing QM processes, QM methods and QM systems within the SCM.
  • Continuous analysis of quality deviations (logistics complaints, audit findings) and carry out /trigger improvement measures.
  • Manage and coordinate internal and external audits related to logistics.
  • 8D preparation for logistic related problems.
  • In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her are essentially related to his duties.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering or related field.
  • SAP knowledge e.g., MM, SD,WM module.
  • Good knowlege Microsoft office – Excel.
  • Familiar with basic logistics terms (incoterms, freight modes, inventory, FTA, BOI).
  • Working experience in logistics, quality control, warehousing, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.  Ability to fulfill time-critical tasks on time, keep to schedules and deadlines.
  • Experience in packaging design and development will be advantage.
  • Experience in Customer complaint and audit.
  • Good communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Good speaking and written in English.
  • Organised, detail-oriented with data record, documentation task filing, customer service presence.
  • Works well in teams and individually in accomplishing goals.
  • Sense of urgency with CAN DO attitude.
